مطلوب موظف موارد بشرية HR للعمل لدى شركة صناعية
A leading industrial company in Jordan looking for an HR officer / Emp. Relations, to perform the following:
1. Assist, discuss with and advise on general personnel issues.
2. Conduct investigations with employees for disciplinary matters, write reports regarding The investigations and make discipline recommendations in consultation with the HR manager.
3. Check, Coordinate and facilitate the grievance procedures and channels.
4. Maintain discipline/investigation files and records.
5. Analyze, develop and review policies and regulations for personnel matters and inform HR manager accordingly.
6. Make inside factory inspectional tours.
7. Review the company by law and advise the management if any changes are required.
8. Maintain positive culture through continuous communication with workers
9. Develop and/or implement employee recognition programs.
The ideal candidates should match the following criteria:
- BSc degree in business administration or any related field
- 4 + years of experience in HR and employee relations
- PHRI, SHRM-CP is a plus
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
