· Manage daily operations to meet the quality and objectives of the projects

· Setup, configure, and administrate the project management platform of the company – Jira Work Management.

· Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.

· Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

· Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

· Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.

· Manage and deploy resources considering the projects priorities

· Develop the QMS of the organization starting with gap analysis, writing procedures, and implementing them

· Providing technical support and ensure on job training of the team members

- QUALIFICATIONS:

· Possess passion of work.

· Proven project management experience.

· Familiarity with project management platform (Jira, Smartsheet)

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines

· BSc in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

· MBA, PMP certification, or are preferred.
