Job Description:
– Handle customers’ interactions.
– Communicate with customers via multiple channels.
– Answer all incoming requests and address customers’ problems in a timely manner.
– Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed.
Skills:
The minimum requirements for this position include:
– Customer service skills.
– Ability to solve customers’ problems.
– Candidate must be an English speaker (minimum level B2) and Arabic.
– Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages.
– Excellent typing skills.
– Ability to work in alternating shifts; weekends and holidays based on business needs.
