Position Title:
- HRO Receptionist – All Interested Applicants / All Sources
The HR Receptionist plays a critical role in managing the flow of information within the section and serving as the first point-of-contact with numerous clients who call or stop by. He/She performs a variety of office tasks such as updating and maintaining the HR Office intranet website and internet employment website, HR contacts list, telephone directories and emergency phone tree list, submitting procurement requests and other functions as assigned. She/he performs vital administrative tasks to ensure staff are able to focus on core duties. The Receptionist serves as a member of the HR Support Team, and she/he is required to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.

EXPERIENCE: At least one year of experience performing receptionist, secretarial and/or office management functions is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of general office management and practices, good knowledge of English grammar and spelling, organizational knowledge sufficient to understand Embassy sections and functions is required. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to accomplish workload with attention to details, and good knowledge of customer service is required.
Education Requirements:
- Completion of High School (Tawjihi) is required.
