is looking to attract a candidate in the position of “HR and Payroll Officer” as per the following:
Job Description
• Monitor submissions of approved overtime. Review and ensure accuracy of approved overtime.
• Calculating employee work hours.
• Calculate bonuses and allowances.
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information • Resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Ensure statutory deductions and any other taxes are made by the local Law.
• Responsible for the coordination of efforts between Human resources, Finance, compliance and other departments in payroll related issues.
• Preparing payroll reports.
• Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions. • All issues related to attendance & payroll. Skills
• Diploma degree in Accounting or any related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll & human resources.
• Advanced computer skills including, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deadline focused.
• Good knowledge in human resources management.
