DCP is a multi-national company, with operations in over 20 countries, and over 90 years of experience serving the construction industry with innovative products and solutions. The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative construction materials, and offer one of the most extensive product ranges on the market.

The company is looking to recruit an accountant to join the head office accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all the correspondences with international and local suppliers
• Process bank transfers, check payments accurately, in accordance with defined procedures and timescales, and book these on the accounting system.
• Handle office petty cash
• Record sales collection and do reconciliations
• Pay and record company monthly bills and payments such as electricity, telephone, social security, tax..etc.
• Prepare daily A/R collection deposits in our banks
• Responsible for preserving and filing the documents within your department in such a way that makes the retrieval process easy and preserves documents
• Process General Ledger entries and participate in monthly accounts closing activities
• Manage all tax responsibilities including filing & settlements
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
• Very good command of the English language
• SAP B1 knowledge is a plus
• Advanced Excel Skills
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
