At least 2 years of Proven experience as a BI Developer.
BS/MS in Computer Science or Information System.
Expert in Power BI & Excel.
Microsoft Certified Data Analyst is a plus.
Experienced in Contact Center/ Call Center is a plus.
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
Practical experience with Python and SQL is a plus.
