Description
Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:

Ensure smooth operation of the office, support work and related systems as necessary
Handle the reception area as well as staff to ensure effective communication within and outside the office
Oversee the maintenance of office areas, equipment as well as facilities
Assist the office visitors with a hospitable experience
Assist visitors with information and direct them accordingly
Plan appointments as well as meetings
Follow up and share out documents as necessary
Manage the inventory of office supplies, place orders and share out office supplies as necessary
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
The preferred candidate must have a Degree in a relevant discipline
At least 2 years of experience working as an office administration
Should be able to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities required
Must be able to pay attention to details and work independently
Must be energetic with a proactive approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer application knowledge required
